Our Staff

Dave Fisher	Dave has been involved in the industry since 1966. He is licensed to work on all vehicles, though tends to focus primarily on cars, trucks and motorcycles. He is also trained in air-cooled and marine engine repair, as well as in the service of alternatively fueled and classic vehicles. With years of professional experience, Dave is known within the industry as a steering and brakes specialist.In addition to automotive maintenance and repair, Dave performs vehicle value appraisals year round for insurance companies and private parties. Strongly supported in the business by his wife and daughter, Dave will continue to stand at the head of Fisher Automotive for many years to come.

Derek	Derek joined Fisher Automotive in 1982 – just two months after our grand opening. Derek is not only licensed in service and repair for both cars and trucks, but is also a certified Drive Clean inspector and emissions repair technician. Without a doubt, his attention to quality and detail are second to none.

Rob Miedema	Robert Miedema brings 15 years experience working on Saab vehicles to Fisher Automotive. While working at the Saab dealership, Robert worked under the guidance of both a Saab Master Technician and Saab Technician who both received their training in Sweden. Robert enjoys educating customers on the ins and outs of their vehicles, as well as personally learning more about the automotive industry. One personal topic of interest, sure to evoke a good conversation over a cup of coffee is that of performance tuning. Whether at a car events seeing the latest Saab products, or tooling around on “daily drivers,” Rob’s enthusiasm for Saabs and cars shows.

Blue	Blue, following in the footsteps of his much-loved predecessor Shado, is our resident greeter. He is a purebred golden (we swear!) Labrador retriever – a mascot and customer favorite. Many customers, we suspect, come in once and a while just to visit him!
